England vs West Indies

Having won the first Test by ten wickets, England continued in fine form to exercise Test superiority over the West Indies in the second Test and recover the Wisden trophy. England wrapped up the Series win with an innings and 83 runs to spare, after declaring on 569-6 and then bowling out their Carribbean opposition for 310 and then 176.
England's potency with the ball was mainly down to the impressive Anderson, who produced stunning figures of 4-38 to finish the Series with overall figures of 9-125.
Former captain Kevin Pietersen failed once again to impress with the bat; he was dismissed on 49 runs, while Ravi Bopara looks to have sealed his Ashes place with a second consecutive century.
Captain Andrew Strauss fell cheaply for 26 runs to the bowling of his opposite number Chris Gayle, but fellow opener Alastair Cook stretched the winning margin with his outstanding 160.
For the West Indies, Ramnaresh Sarwan hit an impressive 100 runs from 138 balls in the first innings, while the 2nd innings top-scorer was Chris Gayle with 54.
England were humbled in the West Indies in their previous test in the Carribbean, and this win will build some much-needed moral in the England camp, with the Ashes only 7 weeks away. In other news, Australia's Andrew Symons was left out of the 16-man side to tour England in June.
